　　本項目用地西南兩側緊鄰城市規劃道路，項目整個地塊呈不規則梯形，北側窄，南側寬。從城市設計的角度出發，合理解決政務中心的形象展示和人流需求，以及與周邊環境之間的空間關系。我們在設計中將政務中心的主立面面向市政規劃主干道，緩和了建筑與廣場的關系，同時為建筑營造了較好的綠化環境。
